Based in Nottingham, Mike has been providing shows and workshops throughout the midlands and further afield for the past 15 years. He co-runs the popular Beeston Tales with storyteller Tim Ralphs, and has performed at The British Museum, The Wellcome Trust, Nottingham Theatre Royal and many other museums, festivals, castles and galleries. Mike was an English teacher for 20 years and much of the work he does is in schools, running shows and workshops for all ages. He has also worked extensively with the University of Nottingham, training PGCE students in the art of storytelling and helping post grad science students with their presentations and scientific storytelling.
