Profile Bio
I’m a Classics teacher from North London with a passion for all kinds of stories and oral culture. In my work I often find myself telling stories of Greek Myths and Legends and my PhD was on the oral norms that influenced their earliest Greek legal systems. In 2025 I was lucky enough to undertake a sabbatical term, taking part in workshops with Katy Cawkwell, Corinne Harragin, Nell Phoenix, Tim Ralphs, Daniel Morden and Phil Okwedy learning loads along the way!
I am already bringing more storytelling into my teaching work and have very much enjoyed my first foray into performing for a grown-up audience with my set of Roman Ghost Stories at Forging Fantastical in December 2025. Looking to keep learning and developing new material!
