I am a London-based storyteller who will travel. I tell traditional tales from around the world to children and adults; folk tales, fairy tales and more. Depending on the audience and the tale, simple puppets, percussion instruments and interactive elements may weave their magic into my stories. My stories are predominantly (although not exclusively) nature-based, highlighting the importance and beauty of the natural world through the power of magical tales. Storytelling with children always involves active involvement. Story games are possible too. If you have a specific theme I will happily search for stories to suit your event, ones which reflect your aims. For schools, I can find stories which meet curriculum needs. Literacy & numeracy elements can be woven in, providing fun and creative learning, or perhaps simply an end of term treat. Storytelling adds sparkle, entertainment and creative learning (where desired) to private parties, events, schools, community centres, youth clubs and corporate events. Contact me or visit my website for more info and for booking enquiries. You can find me on Instagram too – @emmaearthtales.
