Profile Bio
Hi, I’m Dawn, I am a storyteller, actor, puppeteer and published Children’s writer based in Nottinghamshire. I have previously worked in schools, special events such as Birthday parties, weddings and christenings and for organisations such as Centre Parcs, Canterbury Travels in Lapland and festivals delivering traditional stories, fairytales and new works. I can deliver ver stories in various costumes such as a Fairy Godmother, medieval woman of the Forest or Mrs.Claus. I believe that stories are for everyone and am currently developing a storytelling show around reminiscence and the social history of the twentieth century with music and puppetry to be toured to homes and centres for the elderly.
