National Story Telling week runs from 28 February until 5 March and what better way to celebrate than with a tale or two from amazing story tellers, Rachel Rose Reid and Nell Phoenix.

As part of Selfridges’ store-wide Words Words Words initiative, join us in the Lower Ground Floor Ultralounge from 12 to 2pm each day as they regale stories for both adults and kids.

Rachel Rose Reid creates performances to melt boundaries and build bridges between the oral tradition of our ancestors and the spoken word of today. A featured performer at Burning Man Festival and Secret Garden Party, Rachel brings with her a repertoire of stories to enchant children and adults of all ages.

Nell Phoenix tells traditional tales for contemporary urban audiences and her talents have been showcased everywhere from the Sydney Opera House to the Blackpool Grand.

Join Nell and Rachel as they recount inspiring tales, and even share some of your own.
