Dick Leith

The Society for Storytelling would like to express their sorrow at the news of the death of Dick Leith. He was a good friend and supporter of the society and had contributed to our list of publications with two papers in the Papyrus series: Storytellers Keywords, and Fairy Tales and Therapy. Our condolences go to his family at this sad time.

The following notice appeared in the Guardian:

Dick Leith, on 27th August 2011, after a long and tenacious struggle against depression. A life-giver and life-enhancer. The funeral was held on Friday 9th September in Leamington Spa. Donations to the Mental Health Foundation, or to MIND, in memory of Dick may be made via Hemming and Peace Funeral Services, 1a Brewery St, Stratford Upon Avaon, CV37 0BQ. Tel: 01789 205400
